This pylon sign, designed specifically for the 40 West Art District is an art piece in its own right. The center pole is concealed in an aluminum fin that curves skyward, while the cabinet displays conceal internal LED edge lighting that create a unique glow behind the flat-cut lettering.
The header section of this multi-tenant pylon sign has layered features such as a curved cap with an air gap held by two square tube supports, a main cabinet with illuminated cabinets with routed faces and push-thru lettering to crown the rest of the display. There body of the sign is divided into sections for anchor tenants, sub-anchor tenants and shops. The faces are made of white polycarbonate and can be easily removed for service or for new tenants.
This towering multi-tenant pylon is capped with a v-shaped “butterfly” roof that some say represents an open book. The white flat-cut aluminum letters stand proud of the face and rest on the top of three mullions. The tenant faces are all uniformly decorated with an opaque brown matching the dark brown painted features and white show-thru tenant lettering.
