I am so impressed with the level of service here. We spent over $10k on signs a year and a half ago and came to realize the quality was just not up to our standards. The previous company was a two-man operation and although they had good intentions, it was not money well spent. I contacted Julia about a month ago and she promptly scheduled to come visit our facility. The process since then has been tedious for her, as I tend to be very particular. She has submitted more than a dozen estimates with different options and even more art proofs with the sign options transposed onto our building. I know I am a pain at times but Julia never complained once. She has met our every request and I am excited to see the final product. Ther is no doubt this is a company dedicated to satisfaction… way to go Julia and BSC!
