As a complete neophyte regarding monument signs and EMCs, Bobby explained all options. The Board decided to go for the best sign and a full color EMC. Although our new sign is top-of-the line, BSC Signs provided the lowest cost proposal. I watched the crew take out the old sign and install the new one in about four hours on Monday, August 29, 2011. We started our process with another sign company in Boulder. After meeting with these people twice, we left confused and overwhelmed. Fortunately, a friend recommended John Dobie at BSC Signs. He spoke of him as if he were a personal friend. We soon found out why! Mr. Dobie was attentive, friendly and walked us through the process of designing and manufacturing our signs. These folks are easily the most meticulous professionals I’ve ever done business with. The original sign was great but because of unique lighting near our building, the sign needed tweaking. They came back 3 times to make it look right even though the problem had nothing to do with them or their work. Incredible customer service. I highly recommend!!
