Bscsigns is one of the most professional companies I have even dealt with. John Dobie was extremely help[ful in assisting us with the deign of 2 Double Face internally light Monument signs with a changable lettering system. He was successful in obtaining a permit from the City, which required much effort. The installation was completed as scheduled with a high level of quality. When our architect recommended Broomfield Sign Company, I did not know what to expect, never having worked with a sign company before. From our initial job site meeting, BSC and its staff has not only met, but exceeded my expectations with every sign. As the office manager, I deal with many types of vendors on a daily basis. I am certain that BSC’s superior customer service, design expertise, and installation perfectionism set it apart from its competitors. John and his crew were instrumental in creating exterior and interior signage to match the identity of our dental practice. BSC fabricated and installed lighted building signage, vinyl door applications, and a metal/acrylic interior sign in our front office. Our patients often compliment the interior sign, calling it a “piece of art” rather than a sign. I truly enjoyed working with BSC and whole-heartedly recommend their stellar work.

We enlisted BSC to do a Sign Survey and Field Measure. Much to our surprise it was accomplished the very next day with concern and great follow up with all the details we would expect from our own employees.The office staff was very accommodating, thorough and friendly. We also requested an installation quote and received it the same day. Job well done.
Broomfield Signs is a great company to work with. We work with them on a regular basis but we had one recent installation where they went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a shipping nightmare. We sent a sign dedicated freight for delivery next day by 4:00 PM but the truck apparently kept breaking down, it was headed to the wrong shop, and the driver spoke little to no English. John and Reta helped to get the truck rerouted to the their shop and the sign finally got there at 11:30 PM. All the tubes were broken and glass was everywhere in the sign. John and his guys got everything cleaned up and they headed to the mall at 1:00 AM. They completed the install around 5:30 AM… and then they went back to the shop to email pictures before calling it a day. No problems, just solutions. Class act all the way around.
